This engagement began in May 2024 with Expertise France, in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, and concerned monitoring and evaluation in public financial management. The scope covered frameworks, standardised performance indicators and data collection protocols. It also included advice on accountability, budget execution and financial reporting, on-the-job training, the use of digital tools, and coordination with relevant institutions around reporting and project milestones.
