In early 2020, CEPRES contracted Abu Hwaij to prepare an executive overview for management of Palestinian tax requirements relevant to foreign investors. The engagement also included financial due diligence on potential investment opportunities in Palestine. The assignment brought tax advisory and the review of financial information into an investment-assessment context, with executive reporting on matters relevant to management’s consideration of the opportunities under review.
