Zital contracted the services of Abu Hwaij Assurance & Consulting services as early as 2020 and found Abu Hwaij Assurance & Consulting services a reliable trustworthy strategic partner evident in the wide services Zital has contracted through a two year period.
In early 2020, services provided included management consulting with respect to Zitals’ expansion of its product offerings to include international brand Names such as DCM and MilkShake. Also in 2020, Zital contracted Abu Hwaij Assurance & Consulting Services to aid in its fund raising for its state of the art cosmetics factory. The engagement included a primary market research study accompanied by a comprehensive financial model as well as a full Investment proposal for possible investors and financers.
In late 2021, Abu Hwaij Assurance & Consulting provided external assurance services namely a financial due diligence engagement during the negotiation and the acquisition of an Israeli company producing critical information that was crucial in providing Zital management with an overview of the target company and provide insight on deal structuring and transaction execution.
In 2022, Abu Hwaij has been contracted by Zital Group to produce a companywide valuation report and provide the owners with a family constitution that will enable them to maintain the company as a healthy and operational business and construct a vision that will encompass its future.
