Global Securities Company is a financial securities brokerage company that offers their service through its headquarters in Nablus. It’s a wholly owned Subsidiary of Palestinian Investment Bank. The company offers access to Palestine Securities exchange , Dubai Financial market , Abu Dhabi Securities exchange and Amman Stock Exchange.
Global Securities Company is subject to Palestine Capital Market Authority regulations and is required by law to provide assurance to the regulating authorities on its compliance with Anti-Money laundering ( AML ) and Counter-Terrorism Funding ( CTF ) procedures.
In late 2021, Global Securities company contracted Abu Hwaij Assurance & Consulting Services to conduct Compliance Audit to provide assurance on the compliance of Global Securities Company with Instructions No. (4) for the year 2016 on Anti-money laundering and Counter terrorism funding for entities subject to the control and supervision of the Palestine Capital Market Authority.
